Andreas Grün gives concerts as a soloist, chamber musician and song accompanist in Germany and abroad and is a lecturer at the Trossingen University of Music. His repertoire spans all epochs from the masterpieces of the Renaissance to the very latest creations of the present, many of which he has premiered. His teaching focuses on musical interpretation in the area of tension between compositional and historical understanding and individual expressiveness, as well as a physiologically meaningful playing technique (avoiding or, if necessary, overcoming bad posture and playing disorders). This is also the subject of this book (language: German): How can the traditional playing technique of the classical guitar be optimized? How can gambling disruptions and health problems be avoided? How can students progress successfully in guitar lessons? With his explanations on fine and gross motor skills, short and long muscles, e- and ad-centric hand posture, guide fingers, the wordload and many other things, Andreas Grün leads the reader in theory and practice to the “unbearable ease of instrumental playing”, such as the musician physiotherapist GO van de Klashorst (1927–2017) called it - paperback, 132 pages
