The French guitarist and composer Roland Dyens (1955-2916) won numerous awards and guitar and composition competitions. Dyens taught classical guitar at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris and gave masterclasses worldwide. Valse en skai is one of his most played compositions.
