The basic musical training for guitar for children from 6 years, language: German - after studying "general music education", the "guitar instrumental pedagogy" and attending numerous master classes (with Karl Scheit, Alexandre Lagoya and Hubert Käppel), Ingo Brzoska took up early instrumental guitar lessons ( from approx. 6 years) and with the "AMA guitar method for children" has written a method that is aimed at an age group between 6 and 10 years. - In short, consecutive chapters, the students are introduced to the first basics (including the instrument, sitting posture, thumbstroke, note values) of guitar playing as a basis. The aim of this school is for the author that at the end the students have a basic knowledge of the tones of the first register, the keys, note values and dynamic elements. What has been learned is always consolidated in a playful way through repetitions of small segments. Didactically excellently worked out this book with its small loosening playful exercises is a treasure trove for every teacher who can use this school in small groups (between 2 and 4 students). The CD, on which a selection of 45 exercises from the book is recorded, is also suitable as an independent learning tool. A number of search and guessing games as well as funny illustrations round off the learning success and ensure that the children have the necessary fun character so that they do not lose the fun while learning. With a selection of songs such as “Jingle Bells” or “Ihr Kinderlein kommet” (set for 3 guitars), the pupils learn their first ensemble game at the end of the book and thus experience their first successes during auditions. This gives students a comprehensive set of tools to continue working with advanced guitar schools ("Gitarrenspielereien" by Ingo Brzoska, AMA No. 610200 or "Adventure Guitar" by Jens Kienbaum, AMA No. 610309).
